comScore and Sourcepoint: the State of Ad Blocking

comScore and Sourcepoint are pleased to release our first report on the state of ad blocking.

In this report we take a look at the incidence of ad blocking in several markets, its correlation to demographic data, top media properties and content category. We have also measured mobile ad blocking incidence, which is expected to experience significant growth in the coming months based on the inclusion of content blocking capabilities in iOS9 and new products being introduced for both iOS and Android devices.
