Since 2015, the Sourcepoint team has been on a mission to increase transparency between consumers, brands, publishers, and intermediaries.
We help publishers and brands legally collect and activate consumer data on owned channels — and ensure media quality across paid media channels.

SOURCEPOINT LEADERSHIP TEAM
As co-founder and CEO, Ben leads the strategic direction of Sourcepoint and is an active member of the international startup community. He has a proven track record for growing businesses that transform the digital content industry, founding and leading the preeminent supply-side platform, Admeld, to its acquisition by Google for a reported $400 million in 2011, where he then served as General Manager of the Global Marketplace Development team. Previously, he drove business and operations for JumpTV and AOL.
Brian leads day-to-day operations at Sourcepoint, and has over 20 years of experience building teams and technology companies that deliver scalable and differentiated services. He previously served as COO of LiveRail (acquired by Facebook in 2014) and Admeld (acquired by Google in 2011). Prior to Admeld, he spent 9 years at DoubleClick (acquired by Google in 2007), where as an early employee, he was a key driver of the customer-centric and employee-focused culture.
As Chief Revenue Officer, John manages all sales, client services, and marketing at Sourcepoint. John has led sales and leadership development at major tech companies for over 20 years, with expertise in marketing technology. Most recently, he served as CRO for mParticle, helping companies unify first-party data across devices through its customer data platform. Prior to that, he led sales for Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe’s data management platform, and BlueKai/Oracle Marketing Cloud.
Julie brings over 15 years of legal experience both at law firms and as internal counsel in the entertainment, technology, and advertising sectors. Most recently, Julie served as the VP of Legal at advertising platform Nativo. She coordinates legal efforts for Sourcepoint and ensures that our product suite innovates and expands to meet the demands created by the changing regulatory landscape.
Chris brings over 25 years of technical leadership experience, primarily in the ad tech industry. He has founded and led multiple successful startups to acquisition, including Amino Payments which was acquired by Integral Ad Science. At IAS, Chris served as VP of Product, where he led the programmatic vertical. Previously he also served as VP of Technical Operations.
Nial brings a deep understanding of the publishing ecosystem to his role leading Sourcepoint’s operations in the UK, with over 25 years of experience driving revenue and audience growth across a wide variety of content verticals while holding executive leadership roles at premium publishers like Future PLC and Emap/Bauer Consumer Media. During the last few years Nial has also consulted with multiple media owners, technology providers, content marketing agencies, and brands.
Daniel oversees sales and customer success in German-speaking and Eastern European markets. He brings a wide range of experience in general management, sales, marketing, and product management at top digital media brands. Prior to Sourcepoint, Daniel held managing positions at Axel Springer Verlag for more than ten years, most recently as Deputy Managing Director at Media Impact and earlier as General Manager, Sports at BILD.
Guillaume manages Sourcepoint’s sales function for brands, advertisers, and agencies. He came to Sourcepoint from Nielsen, where he was Head of Agency for France and the UK. With an extensive background in buy-side sales, Guillaume is now focused on making privacy a must-have KPI for media. He’s also passionate about helping industry newcomers with professional development through his involvement with the International Advertising Association (IAA).
Rhys owns business development efforts through strategic partnerships. He co-founded adtech company RedBud, where he oversaw all commercial aspects of the business before its acquisition by Sourcepoint. Prior to founding RedBud, Rhys was VP of Business Development at location-based mobile advertising company Verve and Business Development Director for the SSP Pubmatic.
Elena runs marketing for Sourcepoint. Previously, she helped scale the consumer electronics startup TrackR, forming part of the core team that repositioned and rebranded the company as Adero. She has over a decade of experience developing content strategies and marketing communications.
Kelly is the Director of Company Operations at Sourcepoint. A former journalist and marketing professional for companies in digital media, intellectual property, social dating, and more, Kelly has spent the last 7 years scaling HR for early stage startups and empowering others to deliver their best value.
One of the first Sourcepoint employees, Chris has been working in ad and marketing technology for over 15 years. Previously, he managed the North American technical support team for Eyeblaster for four years and was their Sales Engineer for two years. From there he was a Senior Solutions Consultant at BlueKai/Oracle, where he helped clients implement customized strategies. At Sourcepoint, Chris leads solutions consulting and innovation initiatives, working closely with clients to understand their needs and help them optimize their privacy and revenue solutions.
Frances leads product development and strategy for Sourcepoint. She brings over 10 years of experience in marketing technology products with a career that has spanned both buy & sell sides of the media industry. Prior to Sourcepoint, Frances was Head of Digital Optimisation at The Guardian where she oversaw the advertising technology stack & related data ethics. Frances has a deep passion for building products that help publishers & users alike navigate the evolving privacy landscape.
Gabe is responsible for leading our product development and strategy for North America. He is an experienced product leader, having held leadership roles at early/growth stage startups and publicly-traded firms. Prior to Sourcepoint he led product development at Overstock as well as Evidon, where his team built the first GDPR-focused Consent Management Platform in the market. Gabe is based in Salt Lake City and enjoys drawing, writing, and spending time outdoors with his family and their dog, Oliver.
Tom oversees product documentation and processes for internal and customer enablement at Sourcepoint. An experienced technical writer and former filmmaking instructor, Tom brings special expertise in video editing and digital content management. Prior to Sourcepoint, he managed customer enablement and self-services resources as Content Program Manager at Greenhouse.
Erik leads revenue operations and oversees overall strategy for our customer success teams across the world. Erik played a foundational role in building Sourcepoint’s initial sales and services teams, and later scaling our global offices between New York, London, Berlin. A veteran of the advertising technology space, Erik has previously managed client relationships at AdMeld and DoubleClick (both acquired by Google).
Melanie oversees Client Services for Western Europe, empowering our team of Account Managers to help publishers monetize their websites and implement their GDPR strategies. Melanie came to Sourcepoint with years of experience in customer success and client retention, having previously worked as an Account Manager at ResearchGate and led Account Management at Germany medical concierge startup Medigo.
Aline manages Client Services for our DACH clients. She has over 10 years of experience in digital marketing, including over five years growing into a senior account manager advertiser role at Zanox AG, a leading German performance advertising network. She went on to lead the Retail Team at Awin Global after its acquisition of Zanox. With her breadth of advertising knowledge, Aline helps Sourcepoint clients navigate a complex digital ecosystem to implement privacy compliant and revenue optimizing solutions.
Josie leads client services for our customers in the UK and Ireland. Her team’s work has been nominated multiple times for the AOP’s Digital Publishing Awards, and won Sourcepoint the honor of Best Media Technology Partner in 2021. Josie started as a technical account manager at Sourcepoint, and previously led UK marketing for a leading German bridal brand. Prior to that, she worked in digital marketing for a range of industries in New Zealand and the UK.
Pat leads Client Services for our U.S. clients across product lines. He brings over 10 years of client services experience to the role, including his time as a technical account manager at Sourcepoint, supporting clients in implementing privacy compliance and revenue optimizing solutions. Previously, Pat built and managed a team of customer success managers at DOmedia, an out-of-home advertising marketplace. He also spent 2 years at SinglePlatform partnering with small businesses to manage their digital presences.
Michael is responsible for all aspects of engineering at Sourcepoint and has over 15 years experience in software development, with a decade of building and leading engineering teams from the ground up with a focus on innovation. Previously, Michael served as head of ad delivery for Amazon’s advertising platform, where he played an integral role in hiring and growing the organization. Prior to Amazon, he led teams at Shutterstock and Audible, among others.
Dan’s previous roles include Director of Engineering and System Architect at Admeld, which was acquired by Google. There, he pioneered and built the industry standard for RTB (real-time bidding) that set the stage for programmatic advertising. Most recently, Dan was a Staff Software Engineer at Spotify, where he worked on scaling Spotify’s advertising systems.
Chaitanya leads all aspects of Quality Assurance at Sourcepoint, and manages strategic and tactical quality initiatives across the organization. He has over 15 years of experience establishing quality engineering processes in diverse industries. His expertise is in defining and implementing robust quality gates across release delivery pipelines with a focus on automation. Prior to joining Sourcepoint he held positions in engineering management, product quality, and DevOps.
Katrina joined Sourcepoint as one of our first engineering hires. She has contributed to and led engineering development across the Sourcepoint product suite. Previously, she developed mobile apps, including the popular gallery listing app Artguide. In her spare time, she enjoys go-karts racing and playing board games.
Sid has contributed and led engineering development across the Sourcepoint product suite. He has over 6 years of experience building performant and scalable systems from the ground up in high-growth startup environments. He has previously led engineering teams in the fintech space.
Travis has worked across various industries from adtech to finance. He spent the last 4+ years working as a Staff Software Engineer at Spotify. Prior to that, he was at Google as a Senior Engineer and was an early engineering hire at Admeld. In his spare time he enjoys traveling, collecting power tools and biking.
