We do this through a set of company-supported KPIs. The focus in our early years is to move the needle and establish baselines for company demographics, inclusivity and employee programming. As time goes on, we expect these KPIs to mature and grow with us, ultimately establishing Sourcepoint and ourselves as leaders in our industry and our world.
Increase non-white and female representation to 50%
Ensure employee sentiment about inclusivity remains above 80%
Provide at least quarterly programming for employees on DEI topics
TECH FOR BLACK FOUNDERS
Today, only 1% of founders backed by venture capital in the United States are Black. The onus is on us in the tech community to start evening the odds.
