US Privacy Deadlines You Need to Know

The following states have enacted comprehensive data privacy laws: California, Virginia, Colorado, Utah, Connecticut, Iowa, Indiana, Montana, Tennessee, Texas, Oregon, New Hampshire, Delaware, New Jersey, Maryland, Minnesota, Kentucky, Nebraska, and now Rhode Island. Florida has also enacted their own privacy law, with a more limited scope. As other states follow suit with their own laws, it will become more important to keep track of varying requirements and enforcement dates.
