Do you know what US state privacy deadlines are coming down the road?

The following states have enacted comprehensive data privacy laws: CaliforniaVirginiaColoradoUtah, Connecticut, Iowa, Indiana, Montana, Tennessee, Texas, Oregon, Delaware, New Jersey, and New Hampshire. Florida has also enacted their own privacy law, with a more limited scope. As other states follow suit with their own legislations, it will become more important to keep track of varying requirements and enforcement dates.
